3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay. It's history can be traced back to the late 1800s when it was a home to mariners and sea captains. Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner’s family. Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails walked and coves and beaches explored.  

 

No3 offers home comforts, seaviews, an amazing position (a cup of coffee on the patio is the perfect place for dolphin spotting) and private parking, which is the golden ticket for this busy harbourvillage.

DOG FRIENDLY​

No3 welcomes visitors' dogs but we do ask that they don't venture upstairs or on the beds. Also, the drive and patio is not fenced off from the road - so any dog will need to be kept on a lead or tethered when outside, for safety.

OUTSIDE
Private terrace to the side of the cottage has sea views and a seating area with large table and chairs to make the most of outdoor dining and for soaking up the sea air and sun. Dedicated off-street parking for 1 large car or 2 smaller cars.
