From the cottage heading inland you are able to pick up a path and cycle way through the pretty Aeron Valley to the National Trusts Llanerchaeron Estate, an impressive Georgian Villa. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

From the sunny conservatory, you enter this lovely barn conversion into the hallway with separate WC. From here head through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner which has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. French doors lead onto the private patio area and garden, perfect for al fresco dining. From the hallway is the light and airy lounge with TV/DVD and wood burner effect electric fire. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one super-king-size with en-suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
