Our full management service includes a dedicated property manager, management of bookings and calendar, and guest communication before and during the holiday experience; plus management of housekeeping, laundry & stock items, organisation of welcome hampers, provision of monthly statement & report on property performance with insights for any improvement​, and much more.

Housekeeping

A professional holiday let clean, completed with presentation to perfection so the property is ready for your guests to arrive, providing you with the freedom of no longer needing to be home for those final checks. Cleaning products & Equipment to be provided by you the owner and kept at the house (hoover, brush, dust pan and brush, bucket and mop)

Property layout - The layout and configuration of a holiday let needs to flow and accommodate a wide variety of ages and needs. Based on experience, we can advise on the best approach for your property.

Interior design - A well presented and appealing property is key to attracting guests. Let us help you freshen up your colour scheme or advise on the best fixtures and fittings for your let.

Property improvements - We can advise on the most suitable property improvements for your property to maximise letting potential, for example, the ideal bathroom or kitchen for a let can often differ to a domestic property.

Property Maintenance - We can arrange for local tradespeople to do annual inspections or attend to any repair and maintenance issues that arise. We will be there to meet them and take care of it for you.

Booking Management

We can advertise and manage all bookings through our Glannau Holidays website. We have an integrated availability system to manage all bookings which makes managing your property effective and efficient in turn maximising your profit.

In addition, we work with some of the biggest providers on the market including AirB&B, Booking.com and Vrbo and will advertise your property through these channels.
