Aberaeron is a beautiful Georgian town with its panoramic colourful painted houses. Rhoshelyg is centrally located a short stroll away from stylish restaurants, classic Welsh seaside pubs and local shops. The Welsh coastal path and beaches are on the doorstep of the house. Enjoy the town and stroll around the riverside or take a longer walk up to the national trust property and gardens of Llanerchaeron.

Enter the house into the open plan kitchen dinner with all modern appliances and a welcoming dining area with ample seating for 10 people can be found here as well as access to the utility room. Walk out of the kitchen onto the balcony overlooking the patio and landscaped gardens to the rear of the house. Rhoshelyg offers 2 spacious lounges both of which include a television. On the first floor there is a spacious sunlounge ideal for relaxing and taking in the panoramic views over Cardigan Bay. Parking is available at the front of the property for approximately 4 vehicles.

Ground Floor:

Kitchen/ Dining area- Electric double oven, Microwave, Larder fridge, Dishwasher.

Utility Room- Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Ironing board and a door leading to the rear of the house where you will find a washing line.

Downstairs toilet- hand basin and cloak room.

Lounge 1- Electric fire, Freeview television located in the corner of the room.

Lounge 2- Smart TV (50 inch) fitted with a PlayStation, there will be some games available at Rhoshelyg. A large L-shaped sofa is located at the centre of the room with patio doors leading to the front of the house, there are stairs located at the far end of the room leading to the sunlounge.

First Floor:

Sunlounge- A spacious area to sit, relax and watch the amazing sunset. Bifold doors let you hear the breaking of the waves.

Master bedroom- King size bed, Ensuite with large shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2- Double bed, fitted wardrobe, dressing table and access to sunlounge.

Bedroom 3- Twin bed or Super King bed, with fitted wardrobe.  The bed will be made up as a  Super King unless notified otherwise a week in advance of your stay

Family bathroom- Over bath shower, Wash basin and toilet.

Second floor:

Consists of two loft twin bedrooms with plenty of storage and large Velux windows. There is also a large, fitted wardrobe located in the corridor on second floor for extra storage.

Property: oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, hair dryers and WIFI included.

Travel cot, highchairs and stair gates available. The garden is enclosed with patio and garden furniture.
